Very warm and welcoming and they were good in English and helped us order and deliver food even though it was so late at night. Overall the customer care is exceptional. 👌 We booked a suite. The room was cozy and comfortable. The entrance lights was blinking too much in the room and the bathroom shower door couldn't hold the water inside and too much of leakage of water. The breakfast was good and the restaurant on the 6th floor has an amazing view of the city. I have to commend the exceptional service of the staff.

The hostel, surprisingly, is right at the university campus of Jizzakh, which offers a unique experience and insight in this city with a strong student identity. I received a comfortable and clean room with, very important in the summer months: airconditioning. There's a kitchen, many shared showers and bathrooms and wifi in the common area. The campus is guarded, so very safe. The thing that stood out most is the incredible hospitality I received. Truly above and beyond. I was invited for a tour around the town, got 2 dinner invitations, got to meet the professors and students, they brought medication when I was sick, helped me with backpack repairs and searching a hiking map, and they even gifted me an Uzbek flag patch for my collection on my backpack. No words. I fully recommend this unique experience of local life and unspoilt Uzbek hospitality and culture.
