I visited just a week after a strong earthquake that hit Port Vila. Despite all the problems it caused, the motel was really doing great at keeping the quality of service. I loved the owner and some other staff that shared some stories and made my stay feel special and personal. Really grateful for the hospitality and happy that I chose this accommodation.

Location close to airport and town was perfect. Staff was amazing. I enjoyed my stay more because receptionist Catalina and the rest of the staff always checked up on me.

Exceptional staff all around, room was amazing, beds were so comfortable we wanted to take it home. House keeping were amazing, staff all around couldn’t do enough to help you they went above and beyond also organised our hire car when we got there, even one of the kitchen ladies braided my hair. Food was amazing!!!! Was in a perfect location and not far from Port Vila centre. Will definitely be stay here again every time we visit Vanuatu it’s like a home away from home!!!!

He assisted me throw out my stay in the hotel and made my jorney with Holliday Inn wonderful. He was always approachable, easy to communicate and always always attentive to the details. The restaurant on site is absolutely amazing - one of the best places I ate on the island - I actually came back after check out to eat again, Until I left I also didn't realise how fairly priced it was. There is a lovely relaxed vibe and really lovely views from the lagoon view rooms. Its very quiet and you can hear nature and theres lots of little birds that come around the property. There was a lot of rain in the evenings but the sound was really nice. The staff looked after my bags and gave me lots of advice. All of the staff made me feel very welcome and compared to other resorts I stayed at they were among the most friendly, kind, knowledgable and helpful Each room has its own wifi router (so as long as the island has internet you have internet)
