The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I had a early morning flight and I particularly loved taxi service as a driver woke me up and made sure I reach airport on time. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The pool was well-maintained and a perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit memorable!

Set within 224 acres of tropical gardens, the Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort boasts a lagoon-style swimming pool and a day spa. Each beachfront room features a balcony or patio offering ocean views. Beautiful variety of breakfast selections. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the breakfast area very unpleasant for all our members who all attended breakfast.

The glass doors open out to a patio where you can sit, looking out over the beautiful pool & an amazing vista beyond. Perfect place to read a book & listen to the birds. Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.

The house is very well presented with a private garden, big kitchen and lots of living space. Shop and cafe within walking distance. Taxi depot right around the corner. Tucked away in SuiSega residential area; away from tourist buzz and flurry. Joe was a great host. Picked us up from the airport, was very welcoming and thoughtful, taking us to a shop for supplies before dropping us at the house at 9pm.
