They looked after my daughter, who had never travelled before, very well. They showed her exactly where to get the airport shuttle bus, advised her not to eat in the restaurant at night as it was way more pricey than the airport restaurants ( we really appreocued that, as she didn't have much money). Room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and confortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
