InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport Hotel, is a safe short 68.7 meters walk from the bustling OR Tambo Airport terminal building, offering a tranquil oasis for guests seeking a little... I chose the hotel because it was only feet away from the airport exit. The buffet breakfast offered a very wide variety of dishes. I also appreciated the two evening meals. The room was spacious and quiet. I also appreciated the architecture, layout and decor of the hotel. But a special mention must be made concerning the exceptionally friendly and efficient staff.

Dove’s Nest is located less than 2 km from OR Tambo Airport and offers a free airport shuttle. It offers a breakfast room overlooking the garden and spacious guest rooms. What a wonderful experience it was staying at Dove's Nest. Their airport shuttle service is definitely a bonus and the staff are so friendly. They were so kind and understanding all throughout. There is a lovely yard with tables and chairs and the atmosphere is terrific. Would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend them.

Emerald Guesthouse is located in Kempton Park, just 3 kilometres from the O.R. Tambo International Airport. The property offers a complimentary airport shuttle and free WiFi in public areas. Very nice and polite staff, they also provide free transport every hour from and to the airport and breakfast, highly recommended .

Shuttle service was superb, the food was great and the lovely stuff made my stay very comfortable. I would surely book my stay here again.
