The rooms are nice, the breakfast is among the best I ever did. Keep it up. It's a key factor to see me again. The general deco is a bit fatigue, but still very OK. There was a misunderstanding about the payment and finally they accepted their error and really made up for it. It was very welcome and appreciated. Thanks for the nice ending.

The hotel is located close to the sea, offering a convenient location for guests. There is a pedestrian street nearby, and a tram is easily accessible. The food served is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and the staff ensures the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, there is a children's playground on the hotel grounds, making it a great option for families with kids. Location was great for getting around Dubai and sightseeing. Staff were so friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Choice of food was variable and really nice.

All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

They gave the room before the check-in time. Spacious room with a balcony. In the evening, you can sit with a glass at sunset. Large area with peacocks. There are many restaurants/bars on site with different cuisine.
