Everything was perfect! The personel is outstanding and the service was perfect in this hotel . Having a swimmingpool for adults only was great.The life guards on the beach are smiley and nice. I higly recomend this hotel for a quiet holiday.

The day we arrived at the hotel, I encountered a problem, I won't go into detail here, you welcomed and hosted us with all your heart and soul. There's nothing like: the smile, reaching out, listening, understanding and willingness to hear our requests. And how encouraging it is that there are people like you who open their hearts to listen. Like the receptionist, her name is Radia, an amazing woman, very kind and has the ability to persuade. I want to thank her wholeheartedly for listening and for her quick intervention in solving the problem that arose for us at the hotel. My family and I are returning home with a lot of joy that there are good people. You gave us strength for a long time to come. I'm sure my trip will be in Dubai and in your hotel ❤️🙏
