Location with sea view, surrounded by shops. Staff behavior, everyone is friendly & very helpful. Though all the staff members were goos but Mr Khurram is super chill guy & very supportive. Nazmul ensured that rooms were clean & well managed.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for a week. I liked the spacious room with two comfortable and rather large beds. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the metro and 2 stops to Dubai Mall. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help us with any requests we had. I would like to express my gratitude for the Birthday wishes. It was a great pleasure when we returned to our room, and a delicious slice of cake was awaiting us. It was a nice touch from the management to remember my Birthday and make me feel special.

Had a very nice stay in the hotel! It is a good location to access best attractions and the other parts of Dubai via metro or taxi. Breakfast has a big variety of choices. Good value for money. I was honored to be a guest of the day, with early check-in, complimentary dessert and fruits basket, and my room was upgraded to the 53rd floor with an amazing panoramic view: Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, main skyscrapers along the Sheikh Zayed Road. Sunrise is stunning there! I would like to say a big thank you to Ms Thet (at reception) and to Mr Waseem for the warm welcome, and great assistance, accommodating me at any time.

Just 2 km from the Golden Souk, Icon offers spacious accommodation with kitchens and free Wi-Fi. It has an outdoor pool and a steam bath.

We loved our accommodation in this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel Is very nice and you can enjoy a lot of it's facilities. The room is very clean and lovely. The room service, Rana , Loknath and their crew was always ready to help us, we always found the room after their service clean, with fresh towels / sheets and water refilled every time. In general this hotel exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased and satisfied with everything. We fully recommend it.
