Was a proper hotel with all facilities. Cleaning and arranging the room every day. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you choose for it. Good food options for both. Ski rental place included, kids ski school represented next to reception very convenient to arrange it. Located next to gondolas taking you up till 1900m out of max 2000m. Also the ski school taking place in same area even closer to hotel. I consider this a bit better than locations in Zell am See center.

General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning.

This was the second time we visited Adler. Everything was the same as first time, i.e. fantastic.

From beginning until las second I felt welcome. Attention to small details and willingness to help. I felt like home. One of the best experience I had in last few years. Room clean and comfy.
