The hotel was perfect. Very well run family hotel. All staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. This includes all the public areas such as the toilets, the sauna and the spa area. It runs a complimentary shuttle service that takes guests to the lifts and back (only 5 min ride away but a lot easier by car). There was a good selection of food. Breakfast offer was excellent. The room was spacious with good storage space, a balcony and a bath. There was an evening entertainment on one of the nights with a local musician - Peter W., which was excellent. He got everyone dancing. There is a kids club for non-skiers but we didn't use it as our daughter went to a ski school. We had a fabulous holiday. Thank you!

"I recently spent an unforgettable 3 nights at this hotel with my friends and I couldn't be more impressed. The location of the hotel is simply perfect - right on the ski slope! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.

Was a proper hotel with all facilities. Cleaning and arranging the room every day. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you choose for it. Good food options for both. Ski rental place included, kids ski school represented next to reception very convenient to arrange it. Located next to gondolas taking you up till 1900m out of max 2000m. Also the ski school taking place in same area even closer to hotel. I consider this a bit better than locations in Zell am See center.

Very welcoming! Super clean with amazing breathtaking mountains view! All staff were very keen to assist us and giving us info :) Super nice rich breakfast nothing less that the 4* hotels! Small soft play that kept our little boy busy with Lego blocks while we drinking coffee! As coffee lovers we were able to have unlimited coffees all day free of charge. Will definitely come back!! For families we are 1000% recommend it 🥰
