Very clean, great variety of food for all tastes and a lovely staff. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The kids enjoyed the pools and the activities and luckily, the windows isolated enough to have little to no trouble from the street noise (can be sometimes loud till midnight). The beach is quite close, around 10min of walk. The whole area is vivid and alive and you have activities for all ages.

It was clean and comfortable by the beach! Staff go to great length to satisfy guests! Big thanks to Kiril, Margarita, Yana, Nikola, Sash, Nedelcho, Kristalina,Milena, Daniela, Kaloyan and all restaurant staff! They provided soya milk at our request! Food was excellent! Restaurant top class!

Perfect vacation, we will definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent a week at this hotel and we are absolutely enchanted. It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference and made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience. Wonderful stay for the 3 of us (2 adults and a 5 year old)! The room was spacious and included an extra bed for our kid free of charge. It was cleaned every single day by some very nice ladies. The food was diverse and aligned to the different nationalities coming to visit (Romanian and Bulgarian dishes included, 5-6 types of salad per each meal, a lot of fruits and deserts included, 2 dishes prepared for kids 3 times a day). The personnel was very nice and very hands-on. What we liked the most was the facilities: 1. Ground play with trampoline included for kids. 2. Pool available with included activities spanning throughout entire day (Aqua Gym, Polo, volley ball, different other games). 3. Pool bar available from 10 am to late in the evening and included in the All inclusive packages. 4. Mini disco (for kids) 6 days a week every evening. 5. Mini club available for kids (face painting, table activities, pool games).

Excellent animation team, best evening bar tender, a lot to do with children( water slides, playground, play room, PS5...) Excellent WiFi in all the areas. Delicious food, pica and snacks all day. Everything was excepțional! The variety of fresh food (maybe some gluten&dairy free options would be helpful to take into consideration), the stuff's kidness (so nice&hardworking people❤️) , the cleanliness!
