The beach. Breathtaking. Shallow, without waves. Perfect for anyone. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is very good on most restaurants. Especially at the main one that serves breakfast as well. The Indian restaurant is also a must. The staff are the best staff ever. The fire pits with the sofas to chill out. By far the best gym ever. Overall an amazing experience. Everything. The staff is amazing. Everyone from guys at the activities to bartenders to cleaners and cooks. We have visited quite some hotels and resorts but never had experiance with everyone being so nice and welcoming. Food was nice, especially in the Azur (fish) restaurant, Brasas and Uni restaurant. Everything was super clean, they have activities through whole day but of course ypu can also just relax at the beach. Bear in mind that the pool has really high concetration of Chloride so you get green swimsuit and skin if you are staying for too long in the water.

Small paradise. Beach was amazingly beatiful. No issue to find a spot to lay and enjoy. Water in the sea was warm, light blue, trasparent, inviting us to swim. Rooms were clean, taken care of every day. Each evening there have been an entertiment which we could attend without leaving the hotel. Food was quite good, however seemed a bit heavy when staying 4 days.

Great hotel probably one of the best in Punta Cana! Great variety of food options, great staff and very polite! Great nature in the resort, cute animals. A lot of stuff to do on the resort, great animation team. Loved the sports bar, the coffee and ice cream shops! We received a honeymoon surprise in the room! Loved everything!

All staffs are very helpful and friendly Food is all great as well, not like what we read in some other comments. We use platinum and we recommend you to upgrade to platinum for good service and more choices for restaurants. We really love food in Soho resto. The beach is really nice, even the weather is sometimes bad but we still enjoy. We love the family swimming pool since it is quiet and clean to swim. Nothing to complain. Thank you Grand Bavaro princess for our wonderful trip.

The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.
