We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, and our room had a spectacular view. It was quite spacious and quiet, which we loved. The staff was generally friendly, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mostafa Othman, who helped us throughout our stay—he was always available and supportive. There are many dining options, with Soprano being our favorite. The entertainment team works hard, and the programs are enjoyable. A few downsides to note: the house reef can be challenging to snorkel as it’s rocky and the water is shallow, so extra care is needed when entering the sea. During our stay, it was quite windy at times, which made it even more difficult. Also, beach vendors can be a bit bothersome. We purchased a massage service we weren’t fully satisfied with—so make sure to negotiate before buying anything as you don’t know what service you’re getting at the end of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it—especially for families with children.

The food is very good, love the big salad bowls. Staff very helpful, especially front office manager. Reef is great, wear shoes when wading from the beach. The jetty is handy for island reef, steps to the water. Beds comfortable, hot water plentiful. Ahmed on the beach a fount of information 👍

The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, as did the reef. Our trip began with us forgetting our phone in the taxi, and we want to point out that the hotel manager Sherif noticed that something was wrong just by looking at us—even before we said anything. He asked what had happened and quickly helped to solve this issue. In our experience, such attentiveness is rare. The reef near the hotel is excellent, starting with a convenient pier and continuing with a rich variety of live corals and marine life. There are plenty of turtles, which are very easy to meet. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression. As a welcome gesture, we received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The restaurants offered excellent food, the room was clean, the internet was good (especially by Egyptian standards), and the bed was comfortable. We honestly can’t think of anything that would have spoiled the experience.

Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

Location is Great, the Hotel is Clean not only rooms, Food is perfect and lot of variety, Marsa Alam has no night life, but at the Hotel You can't feel boring at night even if you try to! night show, Music, Singers, and Disco. The Staff is AMAZING! not one or two of them, All of them were Great! They so welcoming and work from their heart with an amazing spirit! This is the first time for me to feel like OH MY GOD I want to come back because of those beautiful guys, This place will be My place at Marsa Alam, and for sure I will go back with my friends! Our experience at the "Premium Suite - Marina View" was nothing short of exceptional. The Premium Suite was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable living room and beds that were nothing less than heavenly. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but to our delight, the staff prepared our room in just 30 minutes without charging extra or us even asking—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The same hospitality extended to our late check-out. Once they learned that our ride back to Cairo was scheduled for the evening, they graciously allowed us to enjoy the room until then, ensuring a stress-free end to our stay. A special thanks to Mohammed at the reception desk for his outstanding service! The view from the suite was beautiful, offering a serene outlook over the marina and the boats. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive deal offered by the hotel — it’s great value and would have made even more sense for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this option since we booked via Booking.com. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, making this a great choice for anyone visiting Port Ghalib. The staff, from receptionists to waiters, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for a tranquil and luxurious getaway for couples and/or families.
