An Unforgettable Stay at Sunrise Tucana – Our Third Visit and Better Than Ever! Our vacation at Sunrise Tucana was truly a dream come true! This was our third time visiting this incredible resort, and it only keeps getting better. This time, we brought our friends along to share the experience, and they were just as amazed as we’ve always been. Sunrise Tucana has officially become our home away from home! The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

Honestly this was the perfect getaway resort and a hotel. I felt so welcomed by everyone and well taken care of. Everything is immaculate and clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, beds feel like sleeping on a cloud. The resort has several bars and restaurants and each one exceeded my expectations. But really I wanted to say huge thank you to all management and Massouda, thank you for making me feel at home and taking care of me during my stay. I hope to see you soon as I will be definitely back.

Very relaxing, comfort bed, proffesional staff, not to crowded, good food, lots of a la carte restaurants. Lot of coctails and mocktails. Great walking street. Beutiful surrondings.

We spent a week in this wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! Every evening we had dinner in a different restaurant (we had to book in advance, and Hanna helped us when we arrived – thank you again!). Our favourite was the place called Le Pacha. We wanted to go once more, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time. The buffet restaurant also has very delicious food in the morning and evening. All the staff are extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the pools are great, and the sea view is stunning. The spa area is fantastic; I recommend the sauna followed by the cold-water pool! There are no words for the nearby coral reef – it’s a perfect spot for snorkeling. The on-site dive centre and shore diving are also excellent! We will return and recommend this place to others!

Design of the facilities was excellent. Beach was clean. Food was very good. Catered for allergies and vegetarian food. Staff were exceptional.

I really enjoyed the water park. There was a lot of variety of food choices including snacks throughout. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very hospitable and wanted us to enjoy our stay. A special thanks to Mustafa Hamdy for excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. Thank you to the head chef of the Italian a la carte for a superb meal. The reception were very helpful including Zahra from guest relations who made sure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely come again!
