First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! I truly fall in love with Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma. The resort grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and top of the top. In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

The resort is amazing.Its 100/10 . The all inclusive service is great . They gave us a very big room with bathtube and big space , like a little apartament. We made an early check in and late check out without extra charge , this because of the great manager Mr.Hanna . He was very helpful and assisted us for everything .Each guest who meet him should be lucky and the owner should be lucky to have him part of his staff .
