We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay at this resort. Everything worked out perfectly. From the few minutes drive from the airport to the friendly checkin. The rooms are comfortable with a view of the very large swimming pools. The food was lovely with personalized service even at the cafeteria-style dining hall. The beach was nice and the sea was good to swim in. I’d rate the service at the top due to the friendliness of the staff.

Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

The hotel building is beautiful, the garden is very well kept, and the room was amazing. Staff is incredible, always there to help and arrange everything. We just have to sit back and relax.
