We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

Love it. Best place to stay here. Super clean, great selection of food. I accidentally booked a garden view instead of sea view. Mr. Ayman fixed the issue on the spot and moved me to a sea view immediately. I cannot believe the amount of effort to keep the place super clean. Definitely staying here again while in Egypt.

The perfect destination🥰 ! Thanks for Zahra for taking care of us from before the arrival till we got back home, and taking care of every detail we needed at Jaz Aquaviva. The aqua park was so exciting for us and the kids, had so much fun.The main swimming pool is very relaxing. For the main restaurant;it had a diversity of very good quality selections. Paprika restaurant's service was excellent, starters were great, and umm ali( an Egyptian dessert) the best ever.Thanks to Mohammed Saeiid too, the guest service agent was so helpful, gave suggestions to help with our stay.The room was spacious, clean, lighting was perfect. Makadiko, customized virgin mojito, turkish coffee and lots of tasty drinks were made perfectly at the lobby bar. Excellent value for money...highly recommended.🤍

Amazing resort, restaurant was awesome, Mr. AHMED & Mr. Alaa were very helpful and welcoming everyday. Chef arranged requested food very fast and very welcoming. Beach activities were amazing, animation team gave us happy nights. Pools were very clean and relaxing, all hotel staff were very welcoming and professional. Definitely well repeat the visit for longer stay.
