We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Everything, starting from amazing reception, food. Pools. Beaches and great kind staff of the resort. The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience - a relaxing end of our 2 week trip in Egypt. Staff were very nice, welcoming, smiling and service-minded. The house reef was beautiful with lots of coloful fishes. Our room was the best on our trip in Egypt, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. Food was good, we are vegan and there were plenty of options. Of course youl can find more interesting food elsewhere in Egypt but we were overall very happy.

This resort is situated directly on the Marsa Brayka Bay and offers activities such as snorkelling, diving and horse riding.
