what was great - the whole hotel, pools, food was fine, the bar and the barwoman (Ms. Gosia Top!), service, the possibility to use a second restaurant as well, lifeguard, reception, like everything... recommended!

Had an amazing time in Alegria Sun Village. The food was tasty and there were so many different food options. The staff was wonderful - Yaiza, Sani, Mario, Hisham, Carlos and Marta from reception and also staff from restaurant and bar. There was even a DJ playing between 9-11 pm and people were dancing. The room was great and very clean with a sea view. I enjoyed chilling by the pool and in the chilling area. Location was also good, the beach was very close to the hotel. Overall expectional experience for a young solo traveler.

Aparthotel Costa Encantada is set in extensive grounds in a beautiful location between the sea and mountains.

The hotel is in a great location. The pool, the cocktails, the kindness of the staff are excellent.We were able to stay in the hotel on the day of departure and use the pool. The luggage locker also includes a shower, which we were very happy about.

The rooms were very spacious and the food was great, but what made our stay magic was the staff. From the reception, to bar and restaurant staff, to pool and spa staff, and especially the animation team, they created such a nice atmosphere that it was really hard for us to leave the hotel. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, always happy to help. Regardless of the weather we always had something to do and looking forward to the next planned activity. Totally recommend and will definitely come back.
