From the moment you arrive, everything is impeccable. The ambience, the suite, and the warm welcome at reception set the perfect tone. Every detail is carefully thought out, and the staff go above and beyond in every interaction. I was truly impressed by the outstanding service, including the thoughtful courtesy in the room, which was far above expectations. Breakfast and meals were fresh, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. Location is really good bus stop is in front of hotel and 10 mins from Ciutadella which is the capital and the hotel is next to Cala en brut. The beach is nice. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are modern comfortable and very clean. Food is nice there are themes for dinner (Mexican, Asian)

Everything I needed was here, if you require any help all you have to do is ask, nothing is to much trouble. The room, the pool area, all areas of the hotel are kept to a great standard.

This location was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. The views stunning!! The location was close to bus stops to access Ciutadella and a short walk to restaurants in Cala en Blanes. For a small fee we were able to hire bikes from the hotel to ride into town and their included buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!
