The location was good, the staff was very nice and the meals had a good variety of food for all tastes. The value you receive for the price paid is very good. It's close to the bus stop, you also have a beach only 15 min walking distance or you can order a taxi. Overall it's a good hotel and a good location.

This hotel was incredible. If I return to Palma I will definitely stay here again. Everything was amazing I cannot fault a single thing! On arrival we got complimentary cava and then went to the terrace overlooking the ocean for dinner. It was gorgeous. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view and it was beautiful! Rooms so clean and comfortable...absolutely impeccable standards. Breakfast was fantastic, such a wonderful array of options at the buffet and even cava there too! The pool area was great and they provide you with towels. You have to be down at the pool before 11 as the beds get taken but we were there in August during busy season so maybe at other times during the year this wouldn't be an issue. Pool bar had an extensive range of drinks and cocktails. The staff at reception were so helpful and called us taxis to palma centre. The centre is about 10 mins in a taxi and is so beautiful with the Palace, the cathedral, the harbour and all the great shops and restaurants. We even got the tram to puerto de soller one of the days. Would highly recommend this day trip. Got a taxi from airport to the hotel was only about 30 mins. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough!! It was fabulous

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was just renovated, clean and comfortable.The downside is that the air conditioner is not adjustable and works at the same temperature, maybe it was not adjusted after the repair.

We just returned for seven fabulous days in this beautiful hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Maria on reception she went above & beyond to sort accommodation for my family next month .Also Kaleva & Carlos. The beds & pillows so comfortable. We are returning in September.

A nice hotel on the beachfront. The location is very good as the busses are very frequent to Palma. Breakfast was perfect with enough choices and every day there was something different. Since we did not have AI, we were buying dinners at the hotel. Very much recommended - food was very good, different main courses and salads every night, drinks included. The dinner costs 25 euro/person. The recommendation would be to choose AI, if possible.
