A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Olé Tropical Tenerife Adults Only is located in Playa de las Américas, 550 metres from the beach. It offers a gym and outdoor pools. The hotel has a buffet restaurant.

Excellent hotel, great staff, they do really good job. Special thanks to polish guy at receptionhelped us upgrade our room. The food various, they cook many things freshly in front of you. Room spacious, modern. Bed super comfy. Beach 5 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants everywhere.

The location is perfect. Close to the sea/surfing site and few minutes walk to the shopping centre. They also made extra gesture for my husband’s birthday which I communicated ahead of time. Gave us personalized greetings on our arrival and some souvenirs. Bottle of wine, greeting card and some balloons on his birthday. We appreciate every gesture especially on assigning our room, it was magnificent. We will definitely come back. Our friends new what they did and so they said they will book H10 Conquistador too🥰 Thank you also to all the staff. From room cleaner to buffet staff, bar staff and resto staff and front desk. Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

The hotel provides the excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The view from our room was excellent with a beautiful sunset view. The route to beach was very short which is good and there are plenty of restaurants available in the area. There is a purified water fountain on every floor which is very convenient.

This luxurious, adults-only hotel is located just off Duque Beach on the Costa Adeje. It offers elegant junior suites with a furnished balcony or terrace, some with views of the Atlantic.
