It is real good hotel to stay, all is perfect. It is huge hotel resort however all was managed superb. We had only breakfast and the food, choices, drinks, last but not least staff - exceptional! All staff is alway friendly despite the hard day to day job, cleaning ladies always politely asking.. it was amazing recharging stay. Thank you

So nice place! They make for us upgrade :) Apartment was just nice with everything what we need and view on ocean was so nice! Swimming pool 🏊 is on 6’th floor and there is no problem with chairs :) receptionist and all workers were so much helpful and nice !! :) if you want nice spot choose this apartment :)

We loved our stay. I was travelling with kids and grandparents. We all absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed 14 nights. The staff are just all so lovely. The food was good, entertainment every night and a kiddies disco. Location was about 8 mins walk from shops and the promenade. The area is very well kept and there is loads to do around. Layout of the rooms was also very good (lots of storage space) and beds were comfy.

Neptuno is an adults-only hotel, next to the Yumbo Shopping Centre, and 900 metres away from the beach Playa del Inglés. All air-conditioned rooms have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a furnished...

Neptuno Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were so friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and the restaurant served a good variety of tasty food.We’ll definitely be returning!
