Facilities in the hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. All staff were great, especially the female that ran the restaurant in the evenings, she was amazing, professional, quick and efficient running the floor mostly by herself and always with a smile. Food was delicious, it was great value for money and felt homely. Enjoyed the mid week Greek dancing too. Foil was a good size, lots of beds and nice music at the pool bar. Good location easy walk to the beach, shops nearby and bus stop into Rhodes town around the corner.

I recall reading one of the reviews here which I was initially sceptical of - "better than advertised". Now after my stay, I can confirm it. I am a frequent traveller, but the hotel was amazing, seriously. We have actually relocated from another (twice more expensive) 5-star to Mitsis, and regretted we did not do it earlier. Our room was upgraded, our child was given a cute present and they checked us in already at 12. The stuff is very, very sweet: at the reception, bars, restaurants, the photographer, the guy who was refilling our mini bar, literally, everyone! The beach, the area around are nice and clean. Even though we had neighbours from both sides and above us, we did not hear anyone, including kids. An entertainment program was fun (even though we went almost at the end of the season), the quality of drinks and food was incredible. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel is a pretty building with an easy layout to find your way around. It is in excellent condition and is being well maintained. All areas are very clean (rooms, corridors, restaurant, pool area). Great breakfast. Friendliest staff I have ever met and very helpful. Nice pool area. Nice indoor/outdoor bar seating area at the front. Pool bar area with snacks in case you missed lunch. Little shop on the premises to buy sunscreen and toiletries if needed. Greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. The resort is in the middle of the island and in easy driving distance of attractive towns, beaches and inland hiking trails.
