Everything about the hotel, staff was excellent.

It was a really calm and wonderful experience from all aspects, starting with the hotel. I booked a suite with a private pool facing the sea. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the hotel staff, without exception, were amazing and friendly, making you feel like you're dealing with family members rather than employees just doing their job. Honestly, I’ll definitely repeat the experience.

Everything about this resort is fantastic, you always greeted with a smile from the people at the reception to the bell boys to the clining stuff , at the breakfast they just want to serve you , just lovely people. The breakfast was great. The beach was wonderful and the five pools just beautiful. We where apgrated to a room with a pool wich was a great treet . The room was always clean and the whole resort clean and well kept . I read a lot of bad reviews about the resort and non of them was like was writing. Thank you very much to everyone at the resort we will be back .

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. My vacation at the hotel was incredible. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, the pools were clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the food was great for breakfast and dinner. We got a free upgrade for the room and we had a wonderful time in our private Jacuzzi. Overall we had a lovely experience and a great vacation at the hotel.

Thanks to the caring team of Grecotel for sunny Greek hospitality! Thanks to their attentive service, tho it was a dream vacation. The rooms are cleaned daily, the area is green, the staff is friendly and always ready to help (after check-out they allowed us to stay in the hotel, including eating in the restaurant and even taking a shower). Such heedful. During the whole week of vacation we received only positive emotions, so we highly recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation! And we want to come back ourselves.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)
