Waterpark is the plus of this structure since it helps with kids and allows parents to relax a bit. The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.

Extraordinary. The food, the drinks, the infrastructure, the different restaurants and bars, you never feel crowded which is very important in the high season. The staff is very nice, especially Marietta from the cocktail bar with view of the sea.

Our stay here was out of a movie. Just after we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, a red rose for my wife and some chocolate from the house. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the room we booked. We got a very nice bungalow with an incredible view. They remembered it was my wife’s birthday and we got an amazing dinner at the A la carte restaurant with more roses, an entire bottle of champagne and they got my wife a cake and sang her Happy birthday at the end of the night. The beaches and the surroundings of the property are just amazing, very beautiful. The food was very very good and you had a lot of options. All in all an incredible and perfect vacation. The only thing we regret is not having booked more days there. We will definitely come back.

The buffet food was real restaurant quality (not usual buffet food) and mainly Greek food which was really nice! Pool area was beautiful and with enough sunbeds!
