All-Inclusive Stays in Balíon

The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

We vacationed in June with our family and our 6-year-old child. We loved absolutely everything. Yes, there were a lot of steps, but it wasn't a problem. We managed to stay in both parts of the hotel, both in Sofia and the Village. We specifically went for the beach, and the water in the bay was always warm with no waves. The entrance to the sea was sandy and gradual, which is perfect for kids. The food was good—there was always meat, fish, plenty of side dishes, and salads. However, we felt there could have been more dessert options at dinner. On the bright side, we didn't gain any extra pounds! :) The town is nice, with plenty of places to stroll, enjoy views of the mountains, and pet the cats. Evening entertainment was available three times a week, so we never got bored. We sent the grandparents there and plan to return next year!

The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.

Despite being lively with activities and entertainment, the hotel has quiet corners and private areas for relaxing. Its location also made exploring Rethymno and nearby attractions very convenient.

For now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.

Beach, service, food - everything was fantastic

Our little ones never wanted to leave the kids’ club and playground. The staff there were patient and kind, giving us peace of mind. It’s truly a hotel built with families in mind.

The only hotel I have ever been to that deserves 10!!! Exceptional views, exceptional food, service, rooms with spectacular sea view. Service is so good, especially kiki from guest relations department and sofia from ketriko bar were amazing girls, so friendly and kind, loved them !!!!!

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel.
