We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Its location is ideal too – just a 10-minute walk into town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Everything was amazing, the room was super spacious and clean. The staff were so nice!! Also although it’s all-inclusive, the quality of the food was so good and there was more than enough variation! We normally don’t go to a destination twice, but this hotel really makes us want to come to zakynthos again!

This hotel is beautiful, we stayed here for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment we arrived they helped get us checked in and took our bags to our room. Denise showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, which was really nice. The food really is something that this hotel does well (especially for an All Inclusive) namely the Meze lunch bar which we couldn't believe was included in the all inclusive 😍 great cocktail menu, recommend the Hugo!! Hopefully we'll return again!
