The hotel was a real highlight of our one-week stay in Crete! Everything was just amazing. Upon arrival we (my husband and I) were told that our room in Porto Platanias Village Resort was upgraded to a superior suite with private pool in another hotel of this hotel network - Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. This was a surprise to us! Our room was very spacious and clean with a nice terrace, which had a table, armchairs, small sofa, a private pool and four sunbeds. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just beyond our expectations. The buffet was diverse, the food - delicious, and the seaview from the restaurant's window was really breathtaking. Everyday we were looking forward to our meals:) We would definetely recommend this hotel for a holiday stay!

Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.

Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . We recently stayed at Kiani Beach Resort and had an absolutely unforgettable experience! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible animation team. A huge shout-out to the Kids Club stars — Lily, Laerke, Vivy, Dani, and of course Batu, Scott, Farheed, Mr. Ireland, and Mr. Germany (apologies for not remembering everyone’s names — but rest assured, each one of you was equally amazing and entertaining!). Our kids were happily engaged from morning till night with a variety of fun, creative, and well-organized activities, giving us the chance to truly relax. We had a lovely 1week AI stay there. The view from balcony was stunning, Room spacious enough for 2+2. Matresses on kingsize bed super comfortable. Staff from cleaning ladies to receptionist simply great. Food - always something to choose from, no problem to gain +2 kilos/week.
