The staff were amazingly helpful, The waiting staff are very hard working. The food was above and beyond what we expected, we were all inclusive and all meals were delicious. The location was beautiful, we stayed in a maisonette which was stunning, my children really enjoyed the water park, I would highly recommend this hotel.

the location, the all-in is amazing! we had dinner a la carte every evening. aperol spritz is included (the real brands) and the room was to die for. it is right on the sea. so you can snorkel and dive there.

This was the absolute best resort I have ever stayed in! MUST STAY HERE! ALL-INCLUSIVE! From start to finish, this place was spectacular. They welcomed us with drinks and a meet and greet. The resort is stunning. The rooms were cozy and had beautiful views. The staff was extremely helpful. Our car had broke down and the staff did everything they could to help us. Also- they park your car every time you leave and come back- which is very helpful given the location of the parking. I would love to stay here again. The bar menu was delicious with cocktails and food. The staff was excellent and kind. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. If you wanna relax and chill without spending a huge amount of money, then this place is the best choice for your vacations. Rooms are lovely, location is great (very close to Agios Nikolaos without being so crowded and expensive) and the surrounding is very intimate. The staff is amazing! Always willing to help you for any kind of queries, rooms are cleaned every day, and the breakfast offers a vast selection of products and tastes good. Totally approved!

We had an amazing room with sea and mountain. I highly recommend a room with a pool especially. The staff was very friendly. Buffet breakfast and dinner was aldo good with enough variety for one week.

The apartment is near the beach. It is very good when you are with children. The room is big and you can see sea from the balcony:) Very tasty food for breakfast and dinner. You can choose what you like. Everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius). They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.
