The hotel is absolutely stunning! The view was simply breathtaking, enchanting me again and again every day. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. What really made my stay special was the extremely kind and attentive staff, they helped with a smile everywhere, genuinely cared about us, and always had a kind word. The food was fantastic, varied, delicious, and met every expectation from breakfast to dinner, everything was perfect. Overall, this place was magical, and honestly, there is nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was a wonderful experience to be here.

My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-day stay at Mitsis Faliraki. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Faliraki, right where the nightlife thrives, making it very convenient to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Every corner was spotless, spacious, and meticulously maintained. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and exceptionally hospitable. In addition to the rich buffet options, we had the opportunity to dine at the Italian, Tex-Mex, and Greek restaurants included in our reservation. We loved both the food and the warmth and professionalism of the service team. During breakfast, Ms. İnci’s genuine hospitality made every morning a delightful experience. The Main Restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner, all of which were delicious. The bar staff in the hotel’s various locations were also highly skilled and attentive. We would like to sincerely thank all Mitsis Faliraki staff—from the service team to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, and lobby personnel. The thoughtful gifts and surprises awaiting us in our room added a special touch to our stay. In short, our time at Mitsis Faliraki exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort and hospitality. We stayed here for a week and extended our stay for a couple more days, since we really liked it. The hotel is very nice, has a great location and the food variety and quality was very good. The snack bar by the beach was available from 10:30am to 5:30pm and always had a good variety of hot dishes, lots of fresh fruits and ice cream. My 2 year old son is an extremely picky eater and he ate very well both at the snack bar and at the main restaurant, especially the grilled fish and baked stuffed peppers. The hotel staff everywhere was very welcoming and smiling, the room cleaning was good, they cleaned our room every day. The hotel checked us in early at 11am and let us check out late for free and gave us free water bottles throughout our stay. The animation every day was very good, would definitely go again.
