On arrival we were met by a competent receptionist. He welcomed us warmly. We were registered fast, explained all the ins and outs and shown the parking. Easy private parking part of hotel premises. The room was modern with comfy bed and all amenities. Also enjoyed the shampoo, soaps and lotion. Everything was spotless. Breakfast and diner were nice with large choise and plentiful. It was so nice having meals on the lovely sunny terrasse. The hotel is modern spotless and quiet. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back in the near future. Thanking the efficient staff.

Everything is clean and pretty, all inclusive package was amazing! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel, the cocktails were also very nice. Our room had some malfunctions, probably because it was brand new and no one had found them yet. But we did, and the hotel staff not only fixed the issues but also compensated us with a meal at their chef’s restaurant, which was amazing!

As a token of respect, she offered us access to everything the hotel had to offer at no extra charge, a gesture that left us truly speechless. This level of thoughtfulness and generosity not only resolved the issue but also elevated our stay into a top-notch experience that made us completely forget the incident in the first place. We left Paralos Kosta Alímia with cherished memories, gratitude for the staff, and a strong desire to return. This is hospitality at its finest.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, booking four rooms for our family. Everything was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing – professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Michael the desk officer manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His service was exceptional. Also, Fernando, the food and restaurant manager was incredibly attentive and ensured every request was met with a smile.
