The facilities were great. The Staff were friendly and helpful. kids had an amazing Time between the pool and the Kids Club. Although it had a lot of costumers, it did not feel crowded and one can still find free Sun beds. The food was great.

We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . Food was very nice too. George-opeations manager, is the best host we have ever had. If you have chosen to visit Crete- this is the place you will fill home(even better)! Thank you all guys! Intimate hotel. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Large bed with a comfortable mattress (however divided). All inclusive meals--you cannot beat it!!! The beach is so beautiful (rocky sand, but beautiful) and the food had tons of options, even for people with allergies. Drinks were strong and great.

We got upgraded to a seaview apartment at Porto Platanias Beach (sister hotel just across the road). It was calm and really nice, with a beautiful view. The upgrade made our stay exceed our expectations by far! The kids were happy - they played in the waterpark and drank virgin mojitos all day long. No cues at the water park and fun slides. The buffet included in the all inclusive package was okay - it met our expectations (which were quite low). The buffet restaurant was calm and had a nice view, especially the second floor.
