We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. The interior design of the hotel is stunning – modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and always spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated how fresh the rooms smelled every day – a small detail, but it really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft, and the overall ambiance very relaxing. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented – it truly felt like dining in a top-class restaurant. There was a wide variety of dishes, with something for every taste, and everything was fresh. All in all, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The property is new and very modern, boho chic style, super clean - the rooms are cleaned daily. It is a family hotel so they do a good job to cater for kids - kids corner, big new and clean playgrounds, pool slides. The kids were definitely entertained. The deserts were amazing, good quality, yummy cakes. Dj night at the bar was a hit for us and the kids, very good atmosphere.

A superb week! Our first trip to Nana will be the first of many! The accommodation, location and facilities are even better than the photos suggest and the food and activities were fantastic. Everything you need is on hand, whenever you need it. There are so many beautiful restaurants, lovely pool and beach bars and gorgeous verandas for cocktails the hardest part of the holiday is what to choose next! Even with all that, the winning part of the Nana formula has to be the staff. Every single one of them is warm, welcoming and focused on making your stay easy, enjoyable and personal. The whole team managed to combine an absolutely five-star experience with an exceptionally warm service that is absolutely unique in my experience. As a mother of two teens, it's hard to get a holiday that works for everyone and we all absolutely loved this one (as it seemed did families with smaller children and guests without children too). Thanks so much to everyone at Nana who turned a 5-day break in the sun into an incredible holiday experience for all of us! See you again soon!
