Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.

I loved the lobby bar it had exotic cocktails, soft drinks, and juices were all delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and inviting. Poolside snack bar was a great spot for a quick bite to eat. Also the WIFI was perfect!The grilled delicacies were fantastic, and the views of the sea were simply breathtaking. Staff was also informative and very kind.

We recently stayed at Kiani Beach Resort and had an absolutely unforgettable experience! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible animation team. A huge shout-out to the Kids Club stars — Lily, Laerke, Vivy, Dani, and of course Batu, Scott, Farheed, Mr. Ireland, and Mr. Germany (apologies for not remembering everyone’s names — but rest assured, each one of you was equally amazing and entertaining!). Our kids were happily engaged from morning till night with a variety of fun, creative, and well-organized activities, giving us the chance to truly relax. And it wasn’t just for the kids — the team made sure we adults were part of the fun too, with games, fitness sessions, and great entertainment throughout the day. Their energy, warmth, and passion were unlike anything we’ve experienced in our travels across 30 countries. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Whether it was the rooms, restaurants, or pool areas, every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Room was amazing. We had a big balcony with sea view and it was so so nice. Pools were good nice temperature. Staff were very nice and food was too.
