The location was perfect. The staff were all lovely.

First the staff in unbelievably welcoming and high level of hospitality! we had booked 3 nights, but thanks to the manager we got 4 more nights and same room..The location is quite nice near all restaurants and supermarkets and beach. Very spacious room and nice bathroom. The rooms are also large and clean. A lovely balcony and the view was great to the garden and the swimming pool. Nice atmosphere around the pool and lovely small turtle pool.Good breakfast.

The staff was kind and helpful. The view is amazing from the hotel to the sea. The hotel had its own beach where the sea was crystal clear and it was the only place on the island where the soil was soft white sand. (All of beaches are stony everywhere in the island.) Lunch&dinner had a great variety every day, and it was very tasteful too. Lot's of coctails are included as well as champagne, wines, beer, and all of the soft drinks. Highly recommened to pay for the My Favourite Club experience at least for 1 day. (It's cost 50€/pax). There were entertainment shows every night and good activities during the day. The hotel was quite full but there was enough sunbeds everytime during the day.

Living so close to the sea was amazing. We managed to see TWO newborn baby turtles during our one week stay! Also, of course, we really liked the hotel, the staff was always friendly, the food, especially at the restaurants, was great. A very nice place overall!

Food ( This was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars.
