All the staff at the hotel were very helpful Especially Miss Ghufran at the reception, the assistant manager Ahmed Al-Ahmad, and the entire restaurant staff, especially Ghaith. Everything in the hotel was very beautiful and I was very happy.

We went for breakfast to Mövenpick in Petra a couple of days ago (staying in a different hotel) and really loved the buffet and the atmosphere there. Ibrahim, the food manager in Petra, was so friendly and helpful, that we came again the next morning. The best decision on a really cold day. After this delicious breakfast we did not feel the cold at all. 😊 After this great experience when we looked for a place to stay in Aqaba our first choice was of course Mövenpick. We loved everything there: the friendly staff, the nice rooms, the delicious food, the perfect location, the beach. Just everything. We did not have a single bad experience. Everyone at the reception, in the restaurant or even at the car park greeted us with a warm smile and tried to fulfil every wish we had. There is nothing anyone could have done better.
