The property is absolutely amazing. A dream place on earth and I am not even exaggerating. The staff is extremely nice, you are being taken care of each day of your vacation. The cleaning is excellent, since it is done twice a day. There are various activities that you can do and you will not be bored for a second. And the food… is the best I have ever eaten. Everything was great. After the plane ride it is great to go directly to the hotel by speed boat. No need to make an extra trip. Jennifer was a great assistant. Super, patient and unlimited support in everything. We will miss her. The waiters and hotel staff were very polite. Jülide and Mert.

Holiday Inn Kandooma is a hidden gem, mostly thanks to staff at the resort - kind, sweet people that want to help you in any way possible. Thank you for another wonderful stay at your island and thank you for making me feel special on my birthday. The beach, all the facilities and our bungalow were sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious, such variety of food that we did not get bored after a week. My daughters loved the ladies at the kids club and all the craft activities they offered.

We came back to Velassaru after 10 years and our time there was sensational. What really stands out is the natural beaty of the island. During our stay, we have seen dolphins, manta rays, sea turtles and sharks. Furthermore, the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and competent. Big complements also to the sous chef Wasantha and his team. We will come back very soon!

the view of the whole island and the hotel was mesmerizing, the staff were so friendly and nice, felt so welcome at all times. the food was amazing, especially breakfast, as we went for our one year anniversary the staff made sure that they could do everything to make it the best and the most perfect experience for us. we are really happy and thank you for that, special thanks to the friendly staff and GM we are more than happy to visit again!!
