We were blown away by the honeymoon experience we received at the Haven Riviera. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Special thanks to Omar, Sharkboy, Eduardo, Benjamin, Omi and many more who went above and beyond to make our stay really special. We got a Romance Junior Suite which came with a very large and beautiful room with a double rainfall shower in the bathroom a f a hot tub on the balcony. The romance deal also came with a romance breakfast in our room and a romance dinner in the Serenity Club restaurant. The resort and it's facilities are modern, spacious and spotless. There is a large main pool which is the party pool and large chill pool a few minutes walk away. There are so many fantastic and delicious restaurants to choose from for dinner every night. The main Flavours restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner has delicious food and you never get bored. There are multiple bars and the bartenders are generous and talented. The resort has an app you can use to book dinner, the spa and has a lot of information. There is an activity planner with activities and music planned around the resort during the day and night. The location is perfect 30 minutes taxi or Uber outside Cancún city. There is a long driveway up to the resort but it's perfect for spotting local wildlife. I could go on and on but the Haven is very much worth the cost. We had never been to an all inclusive resort and everyone we talked to that had said the Haven Riviera was probably the best they had ever been too. If I could give more than 10 points on booking.com I would.
