We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Tulum! The hotel offers an incredible variety of restaurants and pools. The beach shuttle service was seamless, making trips to the shore effortless. The staff was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Our room was impeccably clean and maintained to perfection every single day. A special thank you to: - La Taqueria – Marlene and her amazing team provided exceptional service, delicious food, and, of course, fantastic tequila! - Jasmine Restaurant – We dined here frequently for both breakfast and dinner, and every experience was outstanding. Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.
