I highly recommend this hotel. First of all because they have created a paradise for children. From the swimming pools that are dedicated to children to the shows created especially for them. Effectively everything has been designed to perfection for the little ones. 2ndly I thank from the bottom of my heart my assistant Halil Saka who answered any request or question I had. He was there 24 hours a day for us, he worked even on his day off to make sure that our departure was well organized. Thanks also to chef Mehmet at the steak lounge who prepared the tastiest dishes for us! And of course the lady who cleaned us every morning! for an unforgettable experience I recommend the Lagon suites! a small recommendation-> it would be super to leave the a la carte restaurants until 12 midnight, because it interferes with the activities and shows for the little ones, and sometimes you have to choose between going to the show with the little ones or eating at one of the delicious restaurants ! thank you Kaya Palazzo

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. The resort is very big, with great facilities. Rooms are large and very clean. Great value for everything that offers. Food and beverages are good. Outside area is great, lot's of pine trees, pools for every taste, nice beach area. We had a great time.

The All inclusive package was amazing. More than 4 snack bars servung snacks, Main restaurants for the 3 meals, beach restaurant between lunch and dinner, coffe house 24 hrs. The main restaurant was literally food court, various cuisines witrh huge variety, allergies are lsited witrh calories counter on all food and in 4 languages

Great facilities, friendly staff and great food. Somer Gitak is a great manager at the desk and was very helpful. He should be commended for great customer service.
