I highly recommend this hotel. First of all because they have created a paradise for children. From the swimming pools that are dedicated to children to the shows created especially for them. Effectively everything has been designed to perfection for the little ones. 2ndly I thank from the bottom of my heart my assistant Halil Saka who answered any request or question I had. He was there 24 hours a day for us, he worked even on his day off to make sure that our departure was well organized. Thanks also to chef Mehmet at the steak lounge who prepared the tastiest dishes for us! And of course the lady who cleaned us every morning! for an unforgettable experience I recommend the Lagon suites! a small recommendation-> it would be super to leave the a la carte restaurants until 12 midnight, because it interferes with the activities and shows for the little ones, and sometimes you have to choose between going to the show with the little ones or eating at one of the delicious restaurants ! thank you Kaya Palazzo

The whole resort is built to accommodate your needs. The layout of the area is beautiful, different housing areas, pools, greenery. The main restaurant is recently updated and looks really nice and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed sauna, spa and fitness facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we were looked after and checked-in by Duty Manager Ibrahim on dayli bases.
