Senza Grand Santana was really enjoyable stay. Food was delicious and always fresh and desserts were work of art, plus bistro restaurant served snacks on elevated level. Hotel is newly renovated, stylish and very clean. Our special request of higher floor was granted and we received probably one of the best room with a beautiful sea view. Staff was kind and professional. Special thanks to Asya who taught us few things in turkish. Hotel has a great sun deck set on the sea.

The stay was great and the hotel offered many facilities with wonderful staff. However, the rooms did not quite meet 5-star standards, and the food could be significantly better. An important aspect from a Muslim perspective is to pause the music during the call to prayer as a sign of respect. The reason for the 10-star rating is due to the hotel's location, private beach, and the extremely friendly and service-minded staff.

Excellent hotel. I have been many city hotels in Alanya, but this one is my favourite now and next time I dont have to think which hotel to choose. Rooms are comfortable, clean and big. Food is super, every day various food and everything is very delicious. Beach is not far, only few hundred meters to walk. On the beach is also snacks, drinks, coffee etc, so basically you dont have to come back to hotel in lunch time. Mr Ferhat Sadi is very helpful at the reception desk and will help you with every problem. The staff overall is very helpful and friendly.

The Hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The hotel's service was perfect, from the cleaning service to the reception. I honestly cannot complain about anything.

We were very satisfied with choosing this hotel, because it is on the first row of Cleopatra beach, the views are simply amazing, the man who worked at the reception was Recep, who was especially kind and helpful, he helped us with all questions, the food was delicious, the mini bar is filled every day, the rooms and towels are changed every day , the hotel was not overcrowded, there was always a free sunbed, of course we would definitely come back again .By the way you can find few beauty cats inside who live there. So who love animals, that’s amazing 🐈‍⬛😎
