The facilities at the hotel were exceptional, particularly the food and entertainment.

Our vacation at this hotel was simply wonderful – thanks to the dedicated and warm-hearted staff. A special thank you goes to Gamze Hanım, the hotel manager. She gave us a warm welcome from the very first minute and was always available throughout our stay. What stood out the most: Even small remarks or requests were immediately taken care of and implemented – a true example of outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Erman Bey delivered an excellent show that became one of the evening highlights! His performance was not only entertaining but genuinely impressive – a real professional who truly captivated the guests. Daniel from the animation team also deserves special mention. With his positive energy, great attitude, and friendly nature, he brought joy and excitement to every day. Thanks to him, there was always something going on – lively, but never intrusive – just the right balance! All in all: A perfectly enjoyable stay where you truly feel welcome. We will definitely come back!

Clean, comfy and well-designed rooms. Clever and healthy air conditioning system, air currents are designed very cleverly. The set of equipment for the room matched 5*. USB-C socket with quick charge indicated a modern, well-thought-out design and was very useful. The variety of food deserves the highest rate among what we have seen in this (and other) regions – along with standard food options (fried, fast-food like), there was one of the best healthy food options – boiled meats, bulgur, buckwheat, boiled eggs, variety of whole-grain breads, and many, many more – 11 out of 10. Super!

It was like home. Staff are very friendly.

The Hotel is really sweet like a home :) The staff made me and make the other guests feel good all the time.They are always helpful and kind.That's the main point if you wanna have a good holiday.I can say this definetely is a family hotel so youngsters can disappoint a bit but for me was ok cause I was looking for a calm place to save energy for my next adventures :)) Although the all staff were perfect,I want to big thank to Restaurant Chef Ümit and Waiter Mehmet for their nice energy and smiley faces. Thanks a lot lads.By the way food is delicious,cleaning service take care af your room every day.Normally I don't go to same resort for holiday again but this one will again be a top choice for me. The best hotel in Turkey I have ever been to! Very clean, modern hotel, everything from A to Z was just perfect during our stay. It was absolute match for me, rooms are very comfortable, bright and clean. Beds are good, sheets and towels are changed regularly. Bathroom looks a bit outdated, but still good and a lot of in-room amenities (not cheapest ones, all with hotel branding), nothing bad to mention at all. Private room fridge is filled once for free with some drinks. Also, we received welcome gift from the hotel (wine, fruits and desserts). Restaurant is just 10/10, so many options: a lot of meat, salads, fruits, desserts, snacks. Fish and vegetarian dishes are provided daily. You can always find something interesting to eat, not only grill. I liked mousakka the most! Kitchen is doing amazing job, everything was so tastefull and well cooked. Restaurant area is designed in such unique and cool way, i enjoyed every time sitting there. Tables are being cleaned fast, so all dining experience was just 100% great! Staff is very friendly around whole hotel, no matter where you go. Also, hotel has snacks bar, pattiserrie and even night soup :) Beach is clean, you can enter beach area right from the hotel (20 meters from the building), so it is very convenient. Pool was very clean, it was the first time in Turkey I agreed to swim in the pool :) no smell of chlorine at all, water is clear. You can get fresh beach towels daily in the spa zone for free. Wi-fi works absolutely fine, in every part of the hotel including the room. Location is great, 20 mins walk to the city centre (easy to walk anywhere, but not very crowded / loud around on streets, comparing to city centre), a lot of shops, markets and pharmacies nearby. The whole experience is 10/10, I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who values these things when travelling: modern hotel, great food variety, clean beach close to the hotel, amazing location, comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi.
