The room was in decent repair, and it was clean. It was quiet, even though it is near I-25, and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed Carrabba's Italian restaurant across the street.

Rooms offer a flat-screen cable TV. Downtown Manitou Springs is 5 minutes’ walk away. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all guest rooms at the Cliff House at Pikes Peak.

Very comfortable room, tastefully decorated. The restaurant was superb with an excellent wine list and Port selection. Great service from Megan in the restaurant. The valet parking guy (apologies I have forgotten his name) was extremely courteous and helpful.
