Fantastic food quality and good drinks. Many facilities for kids: aqua park, kids club, pool with waves. Spacious modern rooms. Great Spa area with saunas. Live music in the evening. We were offered free upgrade to the room with the pool - it very helped to cool in July when it is +42 outside. Recommend to everyone especially in the summer when the prices are much lower and you receive the same quality.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. Thank-you to the management and staff of the Tilal Liwa Hotel for making our anniversary holiday so special. The desert setting, infinity pool and comfortable rooms all added to the experience. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special time. We only stayed 2 nights but I would suggest a longer break to get the full value of this magical place.

Located on Hafeet Mountain at 915 metres, Mercure Grand is a unique oasis resort with a refined architecture. It offers 3 restaurants and 3 swimming pools with water slides. Very good hotel, despite being old, however, my entire stay was wonderful, and cleanliness excellent. There was an employee who gave me excellent service at dinner, I can't remember her name for sure, But it was something like "Kai", a short woman who was very helpful about everything.
