The service is excellent and I am a regular at this hotel because it has all the luxury details and is close to the metro station and a large mall, in addition to the staff at the reception, Miss Patricia, Mr. Zaw and Mr. Chef Arshad, who makes the most wonderful dishes in the restaurant. They worked hard to meet the guests’ requests. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.

Situated on the fronds of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Rixos The Palm Dubai is a luxury All-inclusive beach resort offering panoramic views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, the glittering skyline... Everything and everyone that we came into contact with. This is by far, hands down the best hotel I've stayed in.

W Dubai-Mina Seyahi, situated on the highly sought-after Jumeirah Beach coastline, is an urban luxury escape and destination to connect and rejoice. The breakfast was a very good variety and catered for all! The room was luxurious, well air-conditioned and very comfortable. The staff were very, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, this made our stay very enjoyable. The amenities were wonderful including all of the different swimming pool areas, bars and entertainment.

Set in Dubai, within 1.3 mi to The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain, while stunning The Burj Khalifa is 1.8 mi away. Building was exceptional and amazimg.

The First Collection Dubai Marina is an upscale hotel with breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and Dubai Marina. The property offers free shuttle service to the malls and DMCC metro station. We were glad we chose this hotel. Excellent service by staff. Many staff members are available at any time and ready to help. Try to be accommodated at the top floors (we were on floor 31 out of 32 - find a smart way to talk to reception). 10 minutes walk you can go to Marina Beach for a dive or a drink. Spacey room. Very clean. If you are on half or full board, you can also use the other restaurant to dine (Blacksmith) other than the buffet restaurant.

The Property will be undergoing renovation from 1st May till 30th September 2025. Vintage Grand Hotel is located in Dubai Production City, near the Tecom Zone. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Thanks..

Occupying a prime location on Jumeirah Beach, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi is a 5-star beach resort. The hotel is very clean. the rooms are very clean. the housekeeping is great. reception people are very very kind helpfull. the hotel's location is in the middle of everything. you can reach the Marina for example even with the Tram. All of the staff are very kind and friendly. I love the girl serving drinks and towels nearby the adult pool. she was extremely kind and nice. The breakfast was perfect. I am always staying in Mina Seyahi or West Inn since they are very safe and good for a single women. The 8th floor Lounge is great I recommend. mrs. Simran is preparing perfect coctails in the lounge. All of the restaurants in the hotel are top quality. I recommend Baba and Italian ones. I hope that the fish restaurant will be opened soon. It is also a signature restaurant for this hotel. the hotel is green, there are trees and flowers. The sunset is great to watch and have a drink at the sand bar.

Located in Dubai, 800 metres from Jebel Ali Beach, JA Beach Hotel, Dubai provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!
