Everything was exceptional! The food was great, the pools were clean and everything in the hotel was very well maintained. We really enjoyed the service, everyone was very polite and helpful! I would definitely the hotel as one of the best places we have ever been. Excellent for kids too!

Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay – the room was spacious, very comfortable, and offered a truly magnificent view. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and in the heart of the main resort area. Despite being centrally located, it was remarkably quiet and ideal for relaxation. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel is adults-only, which really contributed to the calm and pleasant atmosphere. Both pools were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff – especially the team from Bali – were extremely polite and professional. The rooftop restaurant was by far our favorite in terms of food and service. Special thanks to Teya, who delivered exceptional, professional service – a real standout.

It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. Featuring free WiFi an all-year indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, the beachfront Therma ECO offers accommodation in Kranevo, 8 km from Golden Sands. We (meaning together with the friends we have joined for this time) have been upgraded to a villa. It was great.
