Starting with the staff from reception to all 3 restaurants, to the bars and not the least the cleaning, everyone was super kind, smiling and helpful. Not to mention that most of the staff are young guys super responsible doing their best to make your stay at Metropol really great. The location, the beach, the garden pool, the thematic evenings with delicious food, but not only, the quick serving despite the a la carte base set-up, from breakfast to dinner everything was exceptional. Special thanks to Maryanna from the Restaurant and to the Reservation Manager that made possible a super nice surprise for a birthday girl. Set just metres from the sandy beach in Golden Sands, Grifid Vistamar Hotel offers a roof terrace with infinity pool, and a private beach with parasols and sunbeds free of charge for the guests. Everything was great - from the sky bar and infinity pool, to the all inclusive food, and most of all - the professionalism of the staff.
