Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel is situated on Kato Paphos waterfront, just 4 km from the lively town centre. It boasts 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and a tennis court. Liked the overall look of the hotel. The grounds were beautiful, well looked after. Events and entertainment every day and night. Rooms cleaned every day, waiter service every day. Valet to rooms upon arrival, complimentary wine, water and fruit on arrival. Breakfast, evening meals superb. A lot of hotels main meals are overpriced and not up to scratch but this hotel has it in spades. We’re definitely heading back. Also given complimentary 15% discount pamphlet for next time as well. All the staff were just amazing to deal with. Very polite, very helpful and genuinely interested in their customers needs.

Athena Beach Hotel is beachfront hotel in Kato Paphos, within walking distance of the harbour, archaeological sites, shops and nightlife. It offers rooms with balconies and 3 outdoor swimming pools. "Tradition meets Luxury" was what we experienced in the hotel. The location, the facilities, the activities, the restaurants, the lobby, the swimming pools, the spa, the gym, the beds, the pillows and sheets, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, the attention to details... The beach, the sunset... one doesn't even have to leave the hotel. They have everything a person needs to rest, relax and recover to be ready to face the world again. The tourist attractions in Paphos didn't become a priority. This hotel is highly recommended. We will come back again. ❤️

We were particularly impressed by the beautiful swimming pool, which was a highlight for both adults and children. The fact that the indoor pool remained open and warm even during the winter months was a fantastic bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal, with the breakfast buffet being a particular standout. The selection was vast and incredibly delicious, offering something to please every palate. Now we want to come again and try outside pool in some warm time.
